Susan Simpkins brings her experience in banking to her role as Patient Care Coordinator, where she focuses on delivering excellent service to both patients and her team. After relocating from Virginia in 2011, Susan joined the hearing healthcare field as a way to stay active and engaged during retirement.
She takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who visits the office, always greeting patients with a smile and treating them as she would like to be treated herself.
Outside of work, Susan devotes much of her time to her family.
